His show comprised of several short pieces that each offer a unique perspective on juggling, performance art, and the limits of human ability. Glowing balls describe wondrous patterns in the dark. Spinning batons come to life in Hansen’s hands to describe images in the air ranging from birds to propeller to slithering snakes. Chinese tops are spun on a string in such a variety of patterns that the audience gets to discover what the creative process is like.
