Ookla the Mok is Fandom's Own Rock Band. This 2 to 10 piece band's quirky, melodic powerpop sound and preposterously clever media-savvy lyrics have made them a hit with nerds everywhere. With songs like "Bride of Wolfman and "Dawn of the Day Before the Time of the Land the Lost Dinosaurs Forgot to Remember" these guys are definitely...well different.

They have played at Science Fiction and Comic Book Conventions all over North America. You've never heard of them, but at any Star Trek Convention in Ohio or Michigan they're huge rock stars! Ookla the Mok also wrote and recorded the theme song for the Disney cartoon Fillmore! (Saturdays at 9:30 am on ABC)
